How to Integrate Refiral App to your KartRocket Store

Flow of steps
•Create coupon codes on Kartrocket
•Setup Campaign on www.Refiral.com
•Install and activate Refiral Kartrocket Module
Understand how Refiral works, decide 3 levels of coupon codes
Step 1: Watch Refiral’s video on www.Refiral.comUnderstand three levels: Instant discount, friend discount and reward discount
Step 2: Decide discount offers to offer to your customers at three different levels:
Level 1 Instant discount coupon codes: Discount for visitors on your website to be offered after successful share on social media networks (e.g. 10% or $10 off)
Level 2 Friend offer discount codes: Discount setup for your customer’s friends who purchase for the first time on your website (e.g. 15% or $20 off)
Level 3 Reward discount coupon codes: Reward offer for existing customer on their successful referral; applicable on their next sale (e.g. 20% or $30 off)
Step 3: Create coupon codes on your Kartrocket admin panel
Around 20 different coupon codes at each level, total of 60 coupon code
Level 1 - Instant discount coupon codes – single time use
1. Open your store on Kartrocket panel , log in with the username and password details and your dashboard would open. See Below for reference.
2. Go to ‘Coupons’ and click on ‘ Create Coupon’
3.You will see the below page. Now
•enter ‘coupon name’ ‘coupon code’
•Choose ‘Type’ - fixed amount/percentage•Leave category and product BLANK to select all
4. Enter
•Today’s date in ‘date start’
•desired date in ‘Date End’ (recommended to enter a long duration).
•In ‘Uses per Coupon’ and ‘Uses per Customer’ , enter ‘1’ (single time use coupons)
•Choose ‘Status’ as Enabled, click on ‘Save’
Note: There might be other required information to create a coupon code. However those are completely based on your preferences and do not require any particular to integrate Refiral.
Level 2 – Friend offer discount codes – multi use
1.Follow step 1 to step 3 same as above.
2.The change is in ‘Uses per coupon’ and ‘Uses per customer’ , leave blank (multi-tme use coupons). Choose status as Enabled and click on ‘Save’ . See the below screenshot for reference
Level 3 - Reward discount coupon codes – single time use
1.Follow step 1 to step 3 same as above.
2.The change is in ‘Uses per coupon’ and ‘Uses per customer’ , enter ‘1’ (single-tme use coupons) . Choose status as enabled and click on ‘Save’ . See the below screenshot for reference

Create an account on Refiral.com, verify email ID and log in
Step 1 : Enter Personal information and store details (Basic Details)
Step 2: Set up instant Offer- Increase Conversion Rate
Step 3: Set up Customer’s friend Offer- New Customer
Step 4: Set up Customer’s Reward for Successful Referral
Step 5: Personalize your Campaign (1 of 2)

Review and submit your campaign for Approval

On account approval, login to your Refiral account to get key
Activate Refiral for your online store
Step 1: Log in to your Kartrocket admin panel, click on “Apps”
Click on ‘Apps’ on the right hand side
Step 2: Search for “Refiral”Step 3 : Click on the green ‘install’ button and install the application
Step 4: The page will refresh and the install would change to a settings button showing ‘ON’ status
Step 5: Go to ‘setting’ click on it . Enter Refiral key and ‘Save’
You will get a success message!
