How to Integrate Pin Code Base Shipping to your KartRocket Store
This Application lets you Pre-define varied shipping charges as per the shipping pin code, which will be included in the final amount
STEPS TO INTEGRATE WITH YOUR STORE
- Open your store on Kartrocket panel , log in with the username and password details and your dashboard would open. See Below for reference.
2. Click on Apps on the right hand side. This will show a list of apps in the app store opening sales applications. See below for reference
3. Click on ‘tools’ in the header and scroll down to reach PinCode base shipping Application. Click on the green ‘install’ button to install the app
4. This will install the application and the green ‘install’ button would change to a ‘settings’ button and the application will be switched on
5. Click on the settings button. Update the settings as per your requirement. You shall see the page as below
Here we have entered the following details:
- Label: In the Label field you can enter anything you like which you would want to display in your payment page on the store. We have filled in ‘shipping charges’ as our label
- Cost of Shipping: This is the cost for shipping to an ‘X’ place. We have filled in INR 50
- Sort order: Based on priority
- Post Code: Post the pin code of the ‘X’ place for which you have applied cost of shipping INR 50
- Rest Zone Code: refers to the cost of shipping to the rest of pin codes except the above one. This we have taken as INR 80
You can add another pin code base shipping rule by clicking on the add icon on the right.
