SIGN UP AND REGISTRATION PROCESS ON ZOPIM
1. Go to https://account.zopim.com/signup. Put in your name and email ID with which you would like to register. After that click on Sign up for a free Account Button.
2. After clicking on this, the below screen will pop up
3. Check your mail box for the verify account mail. Click on Verify your Email
STEPS TO INTEGRATE TO YOUR KARTROCKET STORE
1. Now, when you click on verify account mail, this will take you to the Zopim Account page. Fill in the details as shown below and click on save and go to Dashboard
2. You are at Zopim’s Dashboard. Click on the orange Next button
3. Put in the details as shown below and click on next button
4. When you click on Next Button, you can see that you are taken to an embed widget page where the code is displayed. Do not copy the code and skip this step.
Please Note: You just need to enter your User ID and Password to activate Zopim on your Store.
There is no need to embed the code for integration to your Kartrocket store.
5. Open your store on Kartrocket panel, log in with the username and password details. Click on Apps and then click on app category – Marketing. Scroll down to reach Zopim Live Chat App and click on the green Install Button
6. This would change to a green settings button on installation. Click on it7. After clicking on settings. You shall see the below page. Please fill all the details as shown below. Zopim supports several languages. By default, however it tries to automatically detect your language used on the website unless you force a certain language by configuring the settings. Pick on which pages you want to display the live chat widget. Here we have selected the Homepage in the Layout section
8. After clicking on blue save button, it shall say- Success you have modified module Zopim live chat app
OUTPUT ON VIEW STORE
1. Now, click on view store and see the output as shown below . Please Note this is when there is no agent logged into the dashboard (or they’re invisible) ie- offline on the chat widget
2. Now, you can also customize messages on the chat widget.
a)Go to the dashboard , click on widget , then click on Appearance and change the top title of the chat window , scroll down and then click on Orange Save changes button. See below for reference
b)Now open your Kartrocket store on the panel and see the changes below
