How To Integrate Mail templates with your KartRocket Store
This app lets you pre-build mail templates to send mailers to your customersSTEPS TO INTEGRATE WITH YOUR STORE
Log in with the username and password details and your dashboard would open. See Below for reference
2. Click on Apps on the extreme left hand side
3. On clicking ‘Apps’ you will see a list of applications. Go to the search bar above and search for the app
4. The app will be displayed
5. Click on the green ‘install’ button to install the application
6. The page will refresh and the install button will change to a ‘settings’ button
7. Click on the ‘Setting’ button
8. On clicking ‘settings’ you will see the below page
This has Mail Templates for
a.Customer Register Mail
b.Forgot Password Mail Customer Order Mail
c.Product Return Customer Mail
d.Product Return Merchant MailLet us say , we want to enable the ‘Customer Register Mail’ . For that we need to follow the steps below:
I.Go to Customer Register Mail, Change the status to ‘ON’ and then click on the blue add button
II.On clicking the blue ‘add ‘ button you will see the below page
You can change the subject as per you like and can change the body of the message too .
Please Note: Fields with hash tag # should not be changedIII.Click on ‘save’ button to save the changes made
CUSTOMER REGISTRATION MAIL for the user who registered on your store
IV.In the same way you can do it for the rest of the Mail Templates
