How can customers ‘track their orders’ from the website?
We now have a feature with which customers can track the status of their orders placed on your website.
Here’s how they can do it
Go to the Footer of the website
Locate My Account Section
Click on Track Order link, this will open a page with AWB & Order No as fields
You can track using any of the above fields.
