1. Promotion > Product Feed

1. Ebay > General Tab
   1. Authorize App: http://puu.sh/40Qfk.png
   2. Login to eBay : http://puu.sh/40Qn5.png
   3. If your account has not been previously verified, you will get the following screen: http://puu.sh/40Qo3.png
   4. To verify you will have to generate a call to registered number, enter your secret pass phrase to get pin on email OR contact ebay technical support and get your account verified. Without account verification, you will be unable to use the synch process.
   5. If your account has been verified previously, you will receive a pop-up to allow access: http://puu.sh/40QSK.png
   6. Please agree to this popup
   7. You will be presented with the token in a window – you can just save it for your reference or ignore it: http://puu.sh/40QUd.png
   8. Then go back to the SmartStore window and click “Get Token” http://puu.sh/40QUG.png. You should receive a message saying “Token Successfully Updated”.
   9. eBay > Products Related Tab
      1. Most settings should look like the screenshot here: http://puu.sh/40QvQ.png
      2. Except for price markup % : you can set this to 0 if you wish. Please make sure you don’t put the % symbol again.
      3. eBay > Shipping & Payment
         1. Setup the options as per this screenshot: http://puu.sh/40Qy6.png
         2. You may or may not decide to charge for shipping – rest you can change the settings, but make sure your buyer profile on eBay allows for that – this is based on feedback stores, number of past orders, whether you’re on a free or paid plan with eBay.
         3. eBay > Category Mapping
            1. This step will let you decide which categories you want to send to eBay.
            2. Make sure you select each of your store category and map with the last NODE category of ebay
            3. For this example, we have made a test category and have mapped one product to that category: http://puu.sh/40QLa.png
            4. For each category, after mapping click “Insert Category”. It will show up in the “Mapped Category” section on top: http://puu.sh/40QM2.png
            5. Sync
               1. Once you’ve done the above settings in steps 1 through 5 – click on Save
               2. Re-open the eBay module
               3. Click on “Upload Products to eBay”: http://puu.sh/40QWv.png
               4. You should get a success message for the product that is successfully added. For the rest, you will get an error saying “eBay Category Not Found” – this is expected if you have not mapped all categories.
               5. Now to check your product, go to eBay > My Ebay: http://puu.sh/40QZn.png
               6. Then go to all selling: http://puu.sh/40QZE.png
               7. You should see your product(s) on the right side as active selling products

               8. Congratulations! You have now connected your store to eBay

 

eBay Order Import:

1. Go to Import Orders
2. Select the date range for order import: http://puu.sh/40Ray.png
3. Click on Import
