How To Integrate Product Enquiry App with your KartRocket Store
Product Enquiry App is used to enquire about a product when the product is out of stock
STEPS TO INTEGRATE WITH YOUR STORE
1. Log in with the username and password details and your dashboard would open. See Below for reference
2. Click on ‘Apps’ on the left hand side
3. Search for ‘Product ’ on the search bar on the top right hand side
4. Scroll down to reach the ‘Product Enquiry’ app and click on the green ‘install’ button
5. The page will refresh and the ‘install’ button will change to a ‘settings’ button
6. Now, before clicking on ‘settings’ button of the app, go to ‘settings’ and click on ‘general settings’ on the extreme left hand side on the KartRocket Panel
7. You will see the general settings page. Scroll down to reach ‘Stock Checkout’ option. This option allows customers to still checkout if the Make sure it is switched ‘OFF’
8. Now, go back to step no 5 and click on ‘settings’
8. You will see the below page
. Settings are as follows:
- Status: Switch ‘ON’
- Button Label: Any name which the user wants to display such as ‘Enquire Now’
- Mail Subject: Mail that will be sent out to customers who click on the ‘Enquire Now’ button. Subject is any appropriate subject like “Product Enquiry” or “Enquire about Product”
- Always Display: This option should be kept ‘unchecked’. If it is checked then ‘Enquire Now’ button will display in both the cases i.e. sold out and in stock too
Complete the fields the way you like and then click on ‘save’
You will get a Success Notification
OUTPUT ON LIVE STORES
1. The ‘Product Enquiry’ App live on stores
2. On clicking on ‘Enquire Now’ button you will see a contact form. The customers will Fill up this form like done below and click on ‘Continue’
3. On clicking ‘continue’ you will see the page below telling you that the enquiry has been sent. You can then click ‘continue’ to continue with shopping on store
