How To Integrate WebEngage app to your KartRocket Store

WebEngage
This App helps to Gather Feedback, customer insights using hyper targeted Surveys and drive sales/conversions via push Notifications on your website.

SIGN UP PROCESS ON WEBENGAGE


1.Go to https://webengage.com/sign-upand Sign up for WebEngage. Enter your Name, Email, Password and select your plan

 


2.Click on ‘Sign up ‘


 

3.You will get the following message

 


4.On clicking the link , you will get to the following screen. Click on ‘Start’

 


5.You will get to the following screen displaying your site. Click on ‘Save & Continue’



6.You will see the following screen . Keep this as it is


 

7.Open a new Tab and log into KartRocket Panel page. Log in with the username and password details and your dashboard would open. See Below for reference.


 

8.Click on Apps on the extreme left hand side

 

9.Go to the search bar on the top right side and search for the app


 

10.You will see the app displayed below



11.Click on the ‘install’ button to install the app


 

12.The page will refresh and the ‘install’ would change to a ‘setting’ button




13.Click on the ‘setting’ button


 

14.You will see the following screen. Here you need to enter the License code.



To get the License code, you need to go back to your WebEngage Dashboard (step no 6)

 

15.Click on ‘settings’ and further on ‘Widget Integration’



16.You will see the following screen

 


17.Click on ‘Widget Integration Code for Tag Managers’


 

18.You will see the following screen

 


19.Look for the ‘License Code’ in the code below. Here this is ~47b66807


 

20.Now, copy this code and paste it to the ‘WebEngage Lisence Code’ in the panel below. Refer Step No 14
Note: Please remember to use the ‘~’ (Tilda) sign before the code



21.Click on ‘save’


 

22.You will get a Success Notification!


Great! You have embedded the code Successfully! Your next step is to Create Notifications on your store. Follow the steps below to do that:

a)Create Notifications

1.Go back to your Dashboard . Click on ‘Create Notification’




2.You will see the ‘layout’ screen . Choose a layout you wantiii

 


3.We selected ‘Box’ layout. Click on it



4.You will see the following screen . Enter a ‘Notification Tittle’, add a ‘description’ under the Notification Title . Enter ‘Call –to-action Text’ and ‘Call to Action URL’ and choose ‘Call to action Target’



a.Notification Title: Interested in Free 1 hour training Session on Social Media Apps
b.Description: Friday, March 28th at Delhi School of Internet Marketing.
c.Call to action text: Click This Button
d.Call to action Target: Open link in same Window is chosen

5.Also, enter the layout specific option details



6.Click on ‘Save & Continue’


 

7.You will get a Success Notification!

 


8.You will get to the ‘Targeting section’ Here you can target visitors by geographical locations, URL Patterns, reffering websites , cookies, time spent and lot more. Below is the screenshot of ‘targetting by Visitor’s location’



 

9.Enter targeting for ‘Visitor Types’

 


10.You can also target by ‘device’ and ‘OS’ and ‘Browser’. Please Note: Targetting for certain fetaures like based on cookie, traffic source etc is available from Premium plan onwards

11.Click on ‘save’

 


 

12.You will get a success Notification!


 

13.You will be taken to the ‘Advanced Settings’ page. Here you can add start and end dates of the notification and other details. See below for reference




14.Click on ‘Save and Publish Notification’ . Also, if you aren’t sure, you can save it as a Draft by clicking on ‘Save as Draft’



 

15.You will get a Success Notification!


 

16.Created Notification on the webstore below:



17.Feedback button on your Webstore



 

18.When user clicks on ‘Feedback’ button

 


19.When the user Enters his/her details and click on ‘submit’


 

20.After clicking on ‘submit’ the user will be notified

 


b)Create Surveys

1.To create Survey, click on ‘survey’ and further on ‘Create Survey’ on WebEngage Dashboard



 

2.Choose a ‘Layout’



3.We have selected ‘On-site Classic’

 


4.Next, you will have to enter the Survey Details- Title , language and click on ‘save and continue’

 


5.You will see the following ‘Questionnaire ‘ Screen . Click on ‘Add Questions’

 


6.The following screen will appear . Here you need to ‘add a question’



7.We clicked on ‘Choice of Options’

 


8.Enter ‘question Text’ and ‘add answer choices’


 

9.Choose ‘Display Options’ and then click on ‘submit’



10.You can choose ‘preview’ if you would like to see how it looks like


 

11.After clicking on ‘submit’ you will be taken to the following page. Choose the settings you would want



 

12.Click on ‘Next’


 

13.Next, you can do the settings for ‘Targeting’


 

14.Click on ‘next’


 

15.Next, comes the ‘Layout and Theme’ . Here you can choose the theme and positioning of the Survey widget and click on ‘Next’



16.You will see the Advanced setting option . Here, again you can add the start and end date of notification , set the max no of times you want to show to a visitor and then click on ‘save and activate’


 

17.You will get a Success Notifictaion!


 

18.View your store below for the survey widget . The user will answer the question by choosing one of the options below. After that he clicks on ‘Next’

 



19.The following screen will appear
